Giselle Muñoz was born and raised in El Sereno, Los Angeles, CA. where she began baking from a young age. As a queer woman of color, this form of art has evolved and transformed throughout the years, becoming a mode of self expression and healing.

Her plant based and spiritual journey lead her to creating Pasteliux, a vegan bakery centered in nourishing the spirit, heart, mind and body.
